Normobaric
At normal atmospheric pressure (1 ATA).
Normobaric means at ordinary sea-level pressure. "Normobaric oxygen" is breathing extra oxygen without pressure — useful, but delivering a fraction of the dissolved oxygen that hyperbaric (pressurized) oxygen achieves.
