Barotrauma
Injury from pressure changes, most commonly to the ears.
Barotrauma is tissue injury caused by pressure differences — most often middle-ear barotrauma during compression. Learning to equalize the ears (like on a plane) prevents it; it is the most common minor side effect of HBOT.
